    Beam Line

     

    • Controlled Automaton BFC-530
       

    • Capabilities:

       
      • speed - 0 to 180 feet per minute
      • high speed servo motors allow conveyor system the highest amount of control at high speeds. Powered side clamps allow the material to be driven through the machine, rather than simply conveying it
      • Computer controlled accuracy of + 1/32”. Precision encoders mounted throughout the machine allows positioning of both length and gage to achieve these tolerances. Sophisticated servo and valve positioning software provide accurate and smooth positioning
      • 115 Ton punch capacity - Higher tonnage allows parts to be punched that previously had to be drilled, thus saving manpower and expense
      • Graphic part programming

    Fabripunch

     

    • Peddinghaus F-1170B-38R

      For precise plate and angle detail, the Fabripunch permits economical punching of plates and angles whether production requirements are for short or long runs. The Fabripunch has 170 tons (153 metric tons) of punching power with a 30” (762 mm) throat depth.

      • Capacity - 170 Tons
