Share files and more. It's like having your own electronic plan room. Upload your plans to our password-protected secure cloud-based platform. Send and receive plans and design specifications for bidding, review and share changes and revisions. Easy upload and download including zipped files, with no special software requirements. And our system allows you to create custom-named folders such as Architectural, Detailing, etc.
Myrex offers complete in-house 3D modeling and detailing. From the engineer's plans for the structure, we model then 'detail' each piece to be fabricated. The engineer sizes the members, and we design the connections - connection material, number of bolts required for assembly, etc. From material grades and lengths to hole locations and sizes, connection material and weld requirements, field bolt lists, even the finish that is to be applied to the steel will be shown.
Our welding processes include SMAW, FCAW, SAW and GMAW. All of our welders are certified by our in-house certfied welding inspectors.
Myrex coordinates painting and galvanizing processes before delivery to your job site.
Oversize jobs pose no problem. We have years of experience in selecting qualified transporters.
Myrex can reduce your workload by furnishing and installing steel packages in cooperation with erectors in your area. Project size and proximity to Myrex's plants is not a factor. We completed a large hospital project in California doing just that - 3681 tons. See video...
